Mission

The mission of the Army/Air Force Physician Assistant Studies Programs are to produce post-graduate level trained physician assistants and clinical scientists to improve patient care to beneficiaries of the Joint Health Services Enterprise (JHSE) and the Physician Assistant (PA) profession. This goal is met through producing graduates with expertise in evidenced based patient care and by ensuring competency in clinical research theory and design.

Vision

The vision is to establish the benchmark for postgraduate Physician Assistant education through the pursuit of academic and clinical excellence. This vision is realized by developing clinical scientists who are prepared to conduct advanced scientific research, as well as, provide quality care for patients with a wide variety of illnesses and injuries. These graduate clinical scientists will develop as future leaders and mentors by establishing scholarly excellence for the PA profession.
