Our Mission
The mission of the U.S. Army Doctor of Science in Occupational Therapy Program is to train and educate advanced practicing occupational therapists who maximize military readiness, healthy living and performance optimization through evidenced-based client-centered patient care, teaching and research.
One of the primary goals of the DScOT Program is to produce graduates who demonstrate competency in research design, production, analysis, and critical review: produce clinician scientists and occupational therapy leaders through student directed, faculty facilitated research projects.

Admission Requirements:
Candidates for admission to the program must be an active duty Army Registered and licensed Occupational Therapist, possessing a master's or entry level doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy with a cumulative undergraduate and graduate GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale); must have completed the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) with a minimum cumulative score of 300 within the last 3 years and must meet the U.S. Army medical and physical fitness standards.
